Weisswurst is just one of the many sausages enjoyed in Germany! Weisswurst translates to “white sausage” and unlike other kinds of sausages is never fried and never grilled, instead it is heated in water and needs to be enjoyed very fresh.
This 1/12th scale plate of weisswurst measures ~3/4″ diameter x 3/8″ tall.
